Typically, the closing process will take place at your chosen attorney’s office, where you will need to sign several disclosures and other required documents for the lender.

You will also need to pay any closing fees, which you will be told the total amount prior to the closing.
Once fees have been paid and documents signed, your deed will be recorded, and the property will be transferred to your name.
You’ll then receive the keys to YOUR HOME!
