What is Highland Meadows? 

Highland Meadows is a mixed-income, single family home neighborhood located within the city limits in Elkins.

What are the benefits of becoming a homeowner in Highland Meadows?

Highland Meadows offers flat lots with mountain views, utilities already run to each lot, the convenience of city water, sewer, and road maintenance. In addition to these benefits, Highland Meadows is a friendly, close-knit community. The residents welcome new neighbors and are there to help each other when needed.

How has HOC and Highland Meadows worked together in the past?

The partnership between HOC and Highland Meadows is beneficial to our shared customer with HOC providing the mortgage loan and Highland Meadows providing a brand new home. We work in tandem to try to make the process of homebuying as smooth as possible.
